This notice explains how information submitted through the Liverpool R.I.S.E. Academy website is used during the academy's pre-opening development.

When you register your interest, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, your child's first name and intended year group, current school or nursery where provided, your areas of interest, your message and your consent to be contacted.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand prospective families' interests and, where you have consented, provide relevant information about the development and opening of Liverpool R.I.S.E. Academy.

How submissions are handled

The website form is processed using Netlify's form handling service. Form submissions are stored in the academy website's Netlify account and email notifications can be sent to the academy's designated contact mailbox.

How long we keep it

We will keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and will review it as the academy moves through its pre-opening stage.
